BENSON DECLARES FOR NBA DRAFT
Oakland University's
Keith Benson will enter his name into the 2010 NBA Draft, but will not hire an agent meaning he could withdraw his name out by May 8 and return next season, as announced by head coach Greg Kampe. Benson, a junior from Farmington Hills, Mich., is scheduled to graduate this May with a degree in integrative studies. Click here to read more.

AWARDS CONTINUE FOR ORU'S LUPER
Oral Roberts women's basketball player Kevi Luper continued her postseason accolades this week and was named to the Full Court Press All-Freshmen Second Team. Luper finished the season ranked sixth nationally in scoring (24.4 ppg) and first in steals (4.5 spg), while earning Summit League Player of the Year, Newcomer of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year honors. BASKETBALL WRAP-UP
The Summit League capped a successful men's basketball season with Oakland and IUPUI competing in postseason play and two teams among top 86 in final RPI. Click

WOMEN'S GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP ON TAP

TENNIS WRAPS UP REGULAR SEASON
This weekend's cluster play concludes regular season action for Summit League women's tennis, with Oral Roberts already clinching a Summit League Tournament berth.  The remaining three spots are still up for grabs. Click

SPRING FINALLY ARRIVES FOR SUU BASEBALL & SOFTBALL
Due to winter weather remaining in Cedar City well into spring, Southern Utah softball has lost 10 home games, and eight in baseball, including Tuesday's scheduled matchup against UNLV, due to snowy conditions. While the baseball team was able to play a Summit League home series against Centenary last weekend, the softball team will be playing its only league series at home at Kathryn Berg Field Friday and Saturday against UMKC.
