ELMHURST, Ill. – Oral Roberts' track and field attire topped Omaha's softball uniform in fan voting to advance in The Summit League's Uni Madness contest. The Golden Eagles received 56.08 percent of the vote compared to 43.92 percent for the Mavericks.
ORU advances to the semifinal round, where it will meet the winner of next week's quarterfinal matchup between No. 3 seed Fort Wayne (men's basketball) and No. 6 seed South Dakota (men's golf).
Summit League Uni Madness is a bracketed competition to determine the league's "hottest" summer look. Each league member nominated four uniforms with the one receiving the highest vote in the school voting round advancing as that institution's representative in the final field.
