Single-Session Tickets For 2013 Basketball Championships On Sale Monday
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Single-session tickets for the 2013 Summit League Basketball Championships in Sioux Falls, S.D., will go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, February 18th.
All non-championship single-session tickets, which include admission into two games, will go on sale for $18.50. Championship game single-session tickets will be made available for $17. The 2013 Summit League Basketball Championships begin Saturday, March 9th and run through Tuesday, March 12th at the Sioux Falls Arena. All single-session tickets will be available by calling 1-800-745-3000, visiting Ticketmaster.com, or through Ticketmaster outlets.
"Pre-tournament sales have far outpaced previous years," stated Wesley Hall, the new Executive Director of the Sioux Falls Sport Authority. "Sioux Falls and the surrounding area have truly embraced this amazing event and it is quickly becoming one of the most sought after tickets in town."
Sioux Falls has played host to The Summit League Basketball Championships since 2009, making Sioux Falls the longest-running continuous host for the basketball championships in The Summit League's illustrious 31-year history. Last year over 40,000 spectators attended the event, setting an all-time Summit League attendance record.
Striking a new 5-year deal with The Summit League in 2012, the Sioux Falls Sports Authority will host The Summit League Basketball Championships through 2017. Included in the agreement is an option to host the tournament for an additional five years, which could allow the tournament to stay in Sioux Falls until 2022.

ABOUT THE SIOUX FALLS SPORTS AUTHORITY
The Sioux Falls Sports Authority was formed in 2006 by community
leaders to recruit major sporting events to the Sioux Falls area.
The organization attracts international, national, regional and
state sporting events by operating, leasing, enhancing or owning
