#TheSummitLeague Launches Re-Designed Website

ELMHURST, Ill. – The Summit League unveiled its newly re-designed website today, featuring a more streamlined and user-friendly interface. Powered by PrestoSports, the fresh look for www.thesummitleague.org is part of the league and website provider’s ongoing partnership.

The site re-launch coincides with the end of a three-year agreement and the start of a contract extension between The Summit League and Presto Sports that carries into 2018.

“PrestoSports has been a tremendous partner for The Summit League,” said Assistant Commissioner for Communications David Brauer. “Throughout our first three years, PrestoSports has continually developed new innovations that have benefitted our league website. Visitors will find our new site has a more unified look that is easily navigable on both traditional Internet browsers and mobile devices. It was an easy decision to continue our partnership with PrestoSports and we look forward to their continued developments to enhance our website in the future.”

Visitors to the site will immediately notice the new appearance and layout of the homepage and sport pages. Additionally, the entire website features a responsive design that allows pages to adjust to individual browser and device screen sizes while maintaining a consistent appearance.

A wider social media interface is included in both the homepage and sport pages, allowing site visitors to instantly survey Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook content from The Summit League and its nine member institutions. Sport-specific information and social media accounts are incorporated on the sport pages dedicated to the league’s 19 sponsored sports.

The Summit League also maintains content-specific portals to its sport championships (www.thesummitleague.org/championships) and ESPN3 broadcasts (www.thesummitleague.org/espn).
