#SummitWGF Represented on WGCA All-American Scholar Team

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. -- A total of 19 Summit League women golfers were named WGCA All-American Scholars it was recently announced by the organization.

Denver and Western Illinois led the way with six representatives followed by three from North Dakota State, two from Fort Wayne and one each from Oral Roberts and South Dakota State.

A total of 952 women's collegiate golfers were recognized with this prestigious honor. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.

Celebrating its 35th season of Division I athletics, The Summit League offers 19 championship sports and has a combined enrollment of over 120,000 at nine institutions, including four located in top 60 U.S. metro populations and two land-grant universities.
