ST. LOUIS, Mo (USBWA) - The U.S. Basketball Writers Association has released its 2012-13 Men's All-District Teams, based on voting from its national membership, and South Dakota State's Nate Wolters represents The Summit League as a District VI selection.
Wolters is the first Summit League player to receive three all-district honors. The 2013 Summit League Player of the Year leads the league in scoring (22.5 ppg) and assists (5.8 apg).
A USBWA all-district honoree selection in both 2011 and 2012, Wolters helped lead the Jackrabbits to the 2012-13 Summit League regular season co-championship and a berth in The Summit League Championship game.
There are nine regions from coast to coast and a player and coach of the year are selected in each. The entire region-by-region listing is linked here.
