SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – For the first time, all men's and women's games at The Summit League Basketball Championships can be viewed live across multiple platforms ranging from cable television to handheld devices. The coverage by Midco Sports Network and ESPN platforms marks the sixth consecutive season that both the men's and women's tournaments are available nationwide in their entirety.

Midco Sports Network, based in Sioux Falls, S.D., will air all men's and women's games during the first three days of the tournament, accounting for 12 games total within the quarterfinal and semifinal rounds. The broadcast teams of Tom Nieman and Brad Newitt and Jay Elsen and Greg Stemen will provide the call while Brian Shawn will serve as sideline reporter. The Midco Sports Network telecasts will be shown throughout North Dakota, South Dakota and parts of rural Minnesota and Wisconsin.

All MidcoSN games will also air on ESPN3, a multi-screen sports network that enables views to watch games through several devices. Games can be found online at www.thesummitleague.org/espn, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app and streamed on televisions through Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The network is currently available to 95 million homes at no additional cost to fans who receive their high-speed Internet connection or video subscription from an affiliated service provider.  The network is also available at no cost to approximately 21 million U.S. college students and U.S.-based military personnel via computers, smartphones and tablets connected to on-campus educational and on-base military broadband and Wi-Fi networks.

Both of the league's title games will be nationally-televised by ESPN networks. For the seventh consecutive year, ESPNU will air the women's championship game beginning at 1 p.m. (CT) on March 10, with Clay Matvick and Brooke Weisbrod on the call. Later in the day, ESPN2 will show the men's championship game at 8 p.m. (CT) with Matvick and Sean Harrington calling the action. The men's broadcast marks the 21st consecutive season that The Summit League men's title will be decided on ESPN or ESPN2. Both the women's and men's championship games will also be available via the Internet and mobile devices on WatchESPN, which will also provide coverage of the post-game championship presentations.
