USD’s Kleiner and SDSU’s Carpenter Claim Swimmer of the Week Awards

ELMHURST, Ill. – South Dakota's Erin Kleiner was named Summit League Women's Swimmer of the Week while SDSU's Matt Carpenter earned Men's Swimmer of the Week award for their performances during the week of Jan. 30-Feb. 5.

  • Recorded one first-place finishes in the Minnesota Challenge meet
  • Won the 200 IM (2:11.84)
