DENVER (gomastodons.com) -- Behind a career-high 22 points from Mur Hagerman and 23 points by Rachel Rinehart, the IPFW women's basketball snapped a four-game losing streak, defeating Denver 68-51. The Mastodons improve their record to 9-17 overall on the season and 3-10 in Summit League play.
Hagerman closed out her career-day shooting 6-of-9 from the floor, including 3-of-4 from beyond the arc. The senior also pulled down five rebounds. Rinehart's game-high 23 points came on 8-of-14 shooting, three of which came from downtown.
Kamilah Carter earned her second straight start for the 'Dons, scoring eight points to go along with five rebounds and four assists. Hillary Moore and Keanna Gary each led the Mastodons with seven rebounds each.

FARGO, N.D. (omavs.com) -- Sophomore guard scored a career-high 38 points as the Omaha women's basketball team defeated North Dakota State, 73-65, at the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse in Fargo, North Dakota on Saturday afternoon.
The Mavericks improved to 8-17 overall and 3-10 in Summit League play, while the Bison dropped to 9-16 overall and 5-8 in league play.
Shaw was 15-of-26 from the field and went 6-of-7 from the free throw line. She also grabbed a team-high nine rebounds. Shaw's 38 point effort was the third highest single game total in Maverick basketball history. Former Maverick Darcy Stracke scored 43 points against Nebraska-Kearney on December 1, 1999.

INDIANAPOLIS (goleathernecks.com) -- The Western Illinois women's basketball team handed IUPUI its first home Summit League loss Saturday (Feb. 14) afternoon, knocking off the Jaguars by a 69-62 decision. The Leathernecks (16-9 overall, 8-4 Summit League) picked up their first win inside the Jungle since Dec. 31, 2011, while completing the regular season sweep over the Jaguars (12-13, 7-5). With the victory, the Purple and Gold moved into a tie for second place in The Summit League standings, tied with South Dakota State, with four games remaining in the regular season.
Ashley Luke, Michelle Maher, and Tori Niemann led the way as the trio accounted for 55 of the team's 69 points (79.7%) Saturday afternoon. Luke led the charge with a double-double as she registered game-highs in points (25) and rebounds (16). Luke has now scored in double figures in 62 consecutive games and has tallied a double double in 15 out of the past 17 contests (11 out of the last 12).
