Denver’s O’Loughlin Earns #SummitWTN Player of the Week Accolade

ELMHURST, Ill. – Denver's Julia O'Loughlin was named Summit League Women's Tennis Player of the Week for her performance Jan. 23-29.

Sr. // Highland Beach, Fla.

  • Earned sixth career Player of the Week award, first this season
  • Defeated a pair of nationally-ranked players at No. 1 singles
  • Topped No. 78 Kristina Mathis of Dartmouth (6-0, 3-6, 6-4) to help Denver to 4-3 win
  • Bested No. 49 Paige Hourigan of No. 7 Georgia Tech in straight-sets (4 and 3)
  • Currently ranked No. 65 in ITA singles rankings
