Denver’s O’Loughlin Nabs Second Consecutive #SummitWTN Weekly Award

ELMHURST, Ill. – Denver's Julia O'Loughlin was named Summit League Women's Tennis Player of the Week for her performance Feb. 13-19.

Sr. // Highland Beach, Fla.

  • Collected her second straight Player of the Week award, the eighth of her career and third this season
  • Posted a 2-0 record at No. 1 singles and added a win at No. 1 doubles during the week
  • Defeated BYU's Mayci Jones (7-5, 6-2) and teamed for a 7-5 over the Cougars tandem to help Denver to a 6-3 victory
  • Rallied for a victory over Utah's Alexia Petrovic (3-6, 6-2, 6-4)
  • Owns a 7-1 singles record and 5-2 doubles mark this season
  • Currently ranked No. 47 in singles and No. 48 in doubles (with Camille Verden-Anderson) by ITA
