SDSU’s Reichow Named #SummitXC Men’s Athlete of the Week

ELMHURST, Ill. – South Dakota State's Joel Reichow was named Summit League Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week for his performance during the week of Sept. 6-12.

Sr.  // White Bear Lake, Minn.

  • Earned his fourth career Athlete of the Week honor and first of the 2016 season
  • Placed third with a time of 19:54.5 (4 miles) at the Oz Memorial
  • Finished behind a pair of nationally-ranked (No. 9 and 11) runners (Saucony Flo50 Men's Individual XC Rankings)
  • Helped team finished third in a field that included No. 10 Wisconsin
