ELMHURST, Ill. – South Dakota State's Jordan Dykstra was named as The Summit League's Men's Basketball Player of the Week following his performance Nov. 25-Dec. 1.

Dykstra received his first career Player of the Week accolade after earning MVP honors at the Progressive Legends Classic, Brookings Subregional. In victories against Howard and Lehigh, Dykstra posted double-doubles including a career-high 32 points and season-high 13 rebounds against Lehigh. In the week's final outing at Stanford, Dykstra posted his fifth 20-point game of the season. In four games during the week, Dykstra averaged 20.0 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.5 steals per contest. He shot 85.7 percent from the free throw line, 55.6 percent from three-point range and 46.9 percent from the field.
