NDSU's Braun Named Player of the Week

ELMHURST, Ill. – North Dakota State's Taylor Braun was named as The Summit League's Men's Basketball Player of the Week following his performance Jan. 13-20.

Braun collected his fifth career award and third this season after averaging 17.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists in a pair of league victories. In North Dakota State's win over Omaha, Braun scored a team-high 20 points and pulled down eight rebounds to go along with three assists and a pair of steals. Against Western Illinois, Braun had 14 points, eight assists and a game-high six assists without committing a turnover. For the week, Braun compiled a 2.3 assist/turnover ratio and blocked a shot in each of his two games.
