ELMHURST, Ill. – Oral Roberts' Vicky McIntyre was named The Summit League Player of the Week for her performances Jan. 26 – Feb. 1.

McIntyre earns her third Player of the Week honor this season after nearly averaging a triple-double on the week. The senior center started the week with a 16-point, 20-rebound, nine-block performance at South Dakota State Thursday. In Saturday's matchup at South Dakota, she scored a season-high 32 points with 17 rebounds, five blocks and three assists. For the week, McIntyre averaged 24 points, 18.5 rebounds, seven blocks and two assists with a 1.5 assist-to-turnover ratio. In road games against the top-two teams in the standings, she nearly doubled her season points per game average entering the week (12.6 ppg), while also averaging more rebounds and blocks. She shot 65 percent (22-of-34) from the field and 80 percent (4-of-5) at the free throw line. Her 107 blocks currently rank seventh on the league's single-season list while her 336 rebounds are fourth.
